Logical Energy Ltd trading as Resin Rock UK (“Resin Rock UK”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to conducting all business in an honest and ethical manner. We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and are committed to acting professionally, fairly, and with integrity in all our business dealings.

1. Purpose

This Policy sets out our responsibilities, and those of anyone working with or on behalf of Resin Rock UK, in observing and upholding our stance against bribery and corruption.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to:

All employees, directors, and officers of Resin Rock UK.
Contractors, agents, suppliers, and any third parties acting on our behalf, both in the UK and internationally.

3. Our Policy

Bribery in any form — offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting anything of value to improperly influence a business outcome — is strictly prohibited.
Facilitation payments, “kickbacks”, or unofficial payments to secure or speed up routine actions are not permitted.
Gifts and hospitality must always be proportionate, reasonable, and declared.
Business decisions must be based solely on merit and legitimate business criteria.

4. Responsibilities

Management is responsible for ensuring compliance with this Policy.
Employees and Contractors must not engage in any practice that could be interpreted as bribery or corruption.
Concerns should be reported immediately to management.

5. Compliance

We comply with the UK Bribery Act 2010 and all applicable anti-corruption laws in the regions where we operate, including the Middle East.
Any breach of this Policy may result in disciplinary action, termination of contracts, and possible legal proceedings.

6. Record-Keeping

All accounts, invoices, and related documents must be accurately recorded and maintained to evidence compliance with this Policy.

7. Review

This Policy will be reviewed annually and updated as required.
