Shipping & Returns Policy

This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how Logical Energy Ltd trading as Resin Rock UK (“Resin Rock UK”, “we”, “our”, “us”) handles deliveries, returns, and refunds.

1. Shipping & Delivery

1.1 Delivery Area

We deliver across the United Kingdom. For international deliveries, please contact us for a quotation.

1.2 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, order size, and postcode.
For bulk orders, dedicated vehicle deliveries with crane or moffett offload may be quoted on a job-by-job basis.
Delivery costs are non-refundable unless we are at fault.

1.3 Dispatch & Lead Times

  • Standard stock items (resin, aggregates, tools) are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days of order confirmation.
  • Larger or special-order products may take longer; we will notify you of expected lead times at the time of order.
  • During peak seasons, lead times may extend — we recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.

1.4 Delivery Responsibility

  • Deliveries are made to the kerbside or nearest safe access point.
  • The Customer must ensure adequate access for delivery vehicles. If access is restricted or unsafe, deliveries may be refused, and re-delivery charges may apply.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Title passes only when payment is received in full.

1.5 Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Any shortages, damages, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 48 hours. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

2. Returns

2.1 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned once dispatched:

  • Resin kits
  • Aggregates
  • Custom blends or bespoke orders
  • Any consumables that cannot be resold in perfect condition

2.2 Returnable Items

The following items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition:

  • Tools
  • Accessories
  • Merchandise (e.g., branded clothing, promotional items)

2.3 Return Process

  • Contact us at info@resinrockuk.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Do not send goods back without contacting us first — unarranged returns will not be accepted.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for approved returned goods (see Section 2.2).

3.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Delivery charges are non-refundable, except where we are at fault.

3.3 Refund Timeframe

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days.

4. Cancellations

4.1 Consumers (B2C)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel an order within 14 days of delivery.
Exemptions apply to resin, aggregates, and custom-made products.

4.2 Business Customers (B2B)

Business-to-business orders are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Non-stock or special-order items are strictly non-cancellable.

5. Damages & Issues

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement, credit, or refund where appropriate.
