1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for approved returned items that meet our return conditions.
To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused
In its original packaging
In resalable condition
Returned with proof of purchase

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Resin kits
Aggregates
Custom blends or bespoke orders
Clearance or promotional items
Goods returned in damaged or used condition (unless defective at delivery)

3. Refund Process

Contact us at info@resinrockuk.com with your order number and reason for refund.
If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the goods.
Once received, we will inspect the goods and confirm whether a refund is approved.

4. Refund Method & Timeframe

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method only.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we confirm approval.
Delivery charges are non-refundable, except where goods are defective or incorrectly supplied.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement, credit, or refund.
