This website is operated by Logical Energy Ltd trading as Resin Rock UK (“Resin Rock UK”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By using our website www.resinrockuk.com (“Site”), placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Website Terms & Conditions together with our full Terms & Conditions of Sale (the “Master T&Cs”).

If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site immediately.

1. Website Use

1.1 You must not misuse our Site, including introducing viruses, hacking, or attempting to access restricted areas.
1.2 All content on the Site (logos, text, images, product data) is owned by Resin Rock UK or our licensors. You may not copy or use it without prior written consent.
1.3 We may update or change the Site at any time without notice.

2. Products & Descriptions

2.1 We supply resin-bound aggregates, resins, tools, and related products for trade and consumer use.
2.2 Product descriptions and images are for guidance only. Natural aggregates vary in colour, shade, and performance; samples are indicative only.
2.3 Technical specifications (coverage rates, bag weights, etc.) are approximate. It is your responsibility to check suitability before ordering.

3. Orders & Acceptance

3.1 Orders placed on the Site are offers to buy and are accepted only when we confirm dispatch in writing.
3.2 We may refuse any order at our discretion, for example if stock is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
3.3 By placing an order you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old;
  • You are authorised to use the chosen payment method;
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • 4. Prices & Payment

4.1 Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT at the current rate (unless stated otherwise).
4.2 Delivery charges are shown at checkout and depend on weight, location, and delivery method.
4.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed on the Site.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery times are estimates only. Weather, haulage delays, or supply chain issues may affect delivery.
5.2 Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Ownership remains with Resin Rock UK until full payment has cleared.
5.3 It is your responsibility to ensure access for delivery vehicles (including offload requirements such as crane or moffett). Failed deliveries due to site access may be chargeable.

6. Returns & Cancellations

6.1 Consumers purchasing via the Site have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations to cancel within 14 days of delivery, unless the products are made to order or customised.
6.2 Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and at your cost. Refunds will be processed once items are received and inspected.
6.3 Trade and business orders are non-refundable unless faulty.
6.4 Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
6.5 Full details are set out in our Refund Policy (Appendix B of the Master T&Cs).

7. Warranties & Liability

7.1 Resin Rock UK supplies high-quality products, but natural aggregates will vary in colour, shade, and performance.
7.2 Except as required by law or expressly covered in our Master T&Cs, we are not liable for:

  • Colour variations or aggregate discolouration;
  • Improper installation or mixing;
  • Use of non-approved resins with our aggregates;
  • Losses due to project delays, access issues, or failed installations.
    7.3 Our total liability is limited to the value of the order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Trade Accounts

8.1 Trade customers may apply for accounts or credit facilities, subject to approval.
8.2 Payment terms are strictly as agreed in writing. Late payment may result in suspension of supply and statutory interest charges.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Website Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
9.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
